Warburton is a very special place – why.

Why indeed, this is the reason I am interested in SHARING with more people my wakening to the beauty of the mountains, forests, rivers and steams, lakes, dams, birds and creatures that make “A Warburton Experience”

Warburton nestles in a valley protected, guarded by mountains either side. The two most apparent as you drive in from Melbourne are Mount Donna Buang on the left and Mount Little Joe on the right.

The Yarra River with lush ferns and regal gumtrees accompany the gently winding road into the township of Warburton, framed by mountains.

Warburton the township reminds one of a past era – the past before McDonalds raised it’s mighty “M” above most shopping centres. Before shop windows became framed in aluminium, wood was used. The township appears similar to the old world photos which can be found with just a little effort.

Time has been kind to Warburton.
