promotes the long term conservation of Victoria’s native forests, wildlife and aquatic ecosystems through education, awareness and active participation

Where are we?

The historical township of Warburton is 72 km east of Melbourne and is the furthermost township along the Yarra River. It lies down stream of the Upper Yarra Reservoir and is surrounded by a variety of unique ecosystems and conservation significant natural environments. With an abundance of native flora and fauna, including endangered species; the Yarra Ranges National Park and the Yarra State Forest offer richly diverse locations for animal spotting, bird watching, exploring, bush walking, research and education.
