The email forms on all business advertiser listings may be monitored as part of email and system uptime checks. As with all directory products owned by pauljackson.biz - details of this information is never shared or sold to any 3rd party. Email form information on WarburtonInfo.com is routinely deleted and never printed or filed in a hardcopy form.
In 2013 the list of advertisers on WarburtonInfo.com may be cross referenced with local YRBT to help develop promotional coverage of our region, remove duplication of resources and streamline local tourism memberships.
Advertising is automatically suspended if not renewed. We provide a minimum of 7 days notice of renewal by way of an emailed renewal notice to the email address or addresses associated with the advertising. A grace period of up to 14 days after expiry may be applied solely at WarburtonInfo.com discretion or to ensure a minimum of 7 days to pay from invoice date. Advertiser's information may then be removed from the system and can not always be reactivated after expiry date. The annual cut off date applied is June 30 each year. Confirmation of proof of Warburton and District Chamber of Commerce and Industry membership is required by June 30 each year. Without confirmation, advertising is paused pending reactivation after confirmation of membership.
Once advertisement logo, title and subtitle is published they can not be changed, with the following exceptions. Basic advertisers may change their logo and title details once per year. Upgraded advertisers may change their logo and title details twice per year. Additional requests for refreshing the content of pages / categories will be invoiced $27.50 INC GST.
There is no limit to traffic or enquiries on your listing once your advertising has commenced and remains active on the site. However some advertisers may attract small excess traffic fees upon renewal. In 2013, this may be $20-$40 for very high traffic listings. Advertisers are not required to accept their annual renewal and may simply discontinue their advertising by not paying the renewal amount.
Credit card details not stored
If paying by credit card, we may use the secure servers of PayPal and never see credit card details. We do not accept or process credit card details over the phone or via email under any platform outside direct payment through PayPal system.
Noticeboard Users and General Members:
Advertiser email addresses are hidden from public view but mandatory to receive message replies. Email addresses are not released outside WarburtonInfo.com or Warburton and District Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Users may receive newsletter updates approx. 1 per month which complies with Australian electronic mail regulations as being sent only to known addresses entered by visitors into WarburtonInfo.com systems and specifically opted in or agreed to receive. These can be discontinued at any time. Private noticeboard replies are not monitored. We do not release any contact details of noticeboard users.

Profanity, abuse of other visitors or advertising members, uploading inappropriate or obscene or sexual information or pictures will result in immediate suspension of advertiser access and visitor privileges. Advertisers will forfeit any unused portion of membership. Visitors will have their email address blocked from noticeboard use and all information related to the suspension stored and be made available to authorities as may be required under Australian law. WarburtonInfo.com reserves the ongoing right to terminate advertiser memberships that act in an inappropriate manner as indicated above or may develop in the future and the right to block use of WarburtonInfo.com services by visitors at any time without liability as provided by law in the state of Victoria, Australia.
